Where we ship
We currently ship Brain Boosters within Canada.
(If you’re outside Canada and interested in ordering, please email us at support@brainboosterskids.com)
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. During busy times or launches, it may take an extra day, but we work hard to get your order out quickly.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all Canadian orders. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Delivery time
Once your order has shipped, most packages arrive within [ 3–8 business days], depending on your location. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is on the way.
Order tracking
If tracking is available, you’ll receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you can’t find it, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@brainboosterskids.com.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, email us at support@brainboosterskids.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll review the situation and work with you on a solution.
Returns
We want Brain Boosters to genuinely help your family. If it isn’t a good fit, here’s how returns work.
Return window
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Condition of items
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unopened,
- In their original packaging, and
- In the same condition you received them.
Opened or used card sets can’t be returned, as we aren’t able to resell them.
Non-returnable items
- Digital products (downloadable eBooks or files)
- Gift cards
- These items are final sale.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless we made an error with your order or the product arrived damaged.
How to start a return
- Email support@brainboosterskids.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- If your return is approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.
- Ship the unopened item(s) back to us using a trackable method.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it’s processed (timing depends on your bank or card issuer).
Exchanges
At this time we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please follow the return process above (if eligible) and place a new order.

Why I Started Brain Boosters
I'm a father of two amazing sons. And like so many parents, I could see how quickly the world around them was changing—and how hard it was becoming to raise confident, connected kids.
I didn’t want to leave my sons’ confidence to chance.
I wanted to be intentional about helping them understand themselves, trust their inner voice, and grow stronger through life’s challenges.
Brain Boosters grew out of that hope—a simple, engaging way to turn small everyday moments into lifelong self-belief.
This isn’t about chasing perfection.
It’s about giving our kids the inner tools they need to thrive—and giving parents small, easy moments they can build into even the busiest days.
